Ray Castillo
Practice Director & Clinical Supervisor
I began my journey back in 2014 when I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, from Trinity International University in Davie, Florida. I started my career in social services in South Florida and after moving to Charlotte, North Carolina, I decided to go back to school and earn my master's degree. I graduated in 2020 from Pfeiffer University with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. After graduation, I received my license as an associate therapist in Marriage and Family as well as a Clinical Addictions Specialist in 2021. Since then, I have been providing therapeutic services for both the mental health and addiction populations in my private group practice. In 2024, I completed my professional development training and was licensed in both North and South Carolina as an LMFT Supervisor and as an LCMHC Qualified Supervisor, allowing me to provide supervision to associate-level clinicians in both fields.

My goal is to be the first staff member to welcome you to Living Life Wellness Center with care and compassion. I believe therapy works and provides individuals, couples or families with an opportunity to grow from their life experiences. At LLWC, everyone is treated with dignity and respect. I aim at making the intake process as smooth as possible and connecting you with a clinician requested or one that will be a good match quickly enough to begin your personal journey in therapy. With over 25 years of experience in the field of medical organizational and billing management, my priority is that our clients are taken care of while assisting in the claim and billing process to minimize unknown surprises. I also ensure compliance with the organization and clinical staff members to ensure that are functioning and practicing by ethical and legal guidelines, while providing excellent and quality service to our clients.
